Refunds and Returns
Refunds will be issued if the chosen product is out of stock or when your returned item has been received.
An e-mail will be sent to the customer and the full refund of payment (with no expense limit) will be transferred within a maximum period of 5 working days.
Our return policy lasts 7 days from the date you receive your purchase.
If 7 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
We only accept returns/exchanges due to manufacturing defect and/or if the wrong item(s) was received.
- All returned items must be in new and unused condition and still have their original packaging attached to them.
- The customer is responsible for return postage costs.
- Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
IMPORTANT: If your item hasn't reached you after 60 days please contact us: our refund policy lasts 90 days for undelivered items, exceeding this time period means that we won't be able to refund your order!
We advise our customers to be careful and always check the sizing information in the product description before making a purchase to avoid any inconveniences since we don't accept returns if the size is incorrect!
